Accessing and using wizrum.com implies the full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
1. Identification of the owner
Wizrum Educación Financiera S.A.C., RUC 20612874539, registered under Electronic Entry N° 14238765 of the Registry of Legal Entities, Registral Zone N° IX — Lima, with offices at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1066, San Isidro, Lima.
2. Purpose of the service
Wizrum provides content, digital tools and educational consulting on personal and business finance. Wizrum is not a financial institution, does not raise public savings and is not authorized to perform operations reserved to SBS or SMV.
3. Registration and accuracy
The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any fraudulent registration may be cancelled and reported to the competent authorities.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, logos, texts, images and software are owned by Wizrum or its licensors and are protected by Legislative Decree N° 822 — Copyright Law.
5. Permitted use
Use of the site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes, against good morals or harming third-party rights is prohibited. Wizrum may suspend access in the event of breach.
6. Limitation of liability
Information published is educational and does not constitute legal, accounting, tax or investment advice. The user's financial decisions are entirely their responsibility.
7. Changes
Wizrum reserves the right to modify the service and these terms by publishing an updated version on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District of Lima, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
