Wizrum Educación Financiera S.A.C., RUC 20612874539, registered office at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1066, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, in compliance with Law N° 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, hereby informs users about the processing of their personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Wizrum Educación Financiera S.A.C. Data is registered before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
2. Data we collect
We collect first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, city of residence, browsing information (anonymized IP, device type, pages visited) and preferences declared in the subscription form.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (i) deliver educational content on personal and business finance; (ii) manage invitations to in-person workshops in Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo and Cusco; (iii) handle inquiries; (iv) comply with legal tax and accounting obligations before SUNAT.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with the explicit consent of the data subject and, where applicable, in compliance with legal obligations, pursuant to articles 5 and 13 of Law N° 29733.
5. Retention
Data is retained while the relationship with the user remains active or for the periods required by Peruvian law. Afterwards data is securely anonymized or deleted.
6. International transfers
We rely on technology providers with servers in the European Union and the United States offering guarantees equivalent to those required by Law N° 29733, through standard contractual clauses.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacidad@wizrum.com or to our postal address. If you consider your rights have been violated you may file a claim before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access control and annual audits in line with the Information Security Directive of the Ministry of Justice.
